Accessibility Statement
I want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive tools.
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, which includes the requirements of the Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568.
What I've done:
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
- A clear, visible outline around every link, button, and form field when you move through the site with a keyboard.
- Text and background colors adjusted so all text meets the WCAG AA contrast levels.
- Descriptive text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Every contact form field has a visible label, required fields are announced, and errors are written out in words, not shown by color alone.
- One main heading per page, with headings in a logical order.
- The FAQ and Questions sections, the mobile menu, and all buttons work with a keyboard and announce whether they're open or closed.
- Animations are turned off when your device is set to "reduce motion".
- The page language is set to English, and links describe where they go.
- An accessibility menu (the round button in the bottom-left corner) that lets you make text larger, turn on high contrast, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, or stop animations. Your choices are remembered on your device, and Reset turns them all off.
Some things may still be imperfect. If anything on this site is hard to use, email hello@romwebstudio.com and tell me which page and what happened. I'll reply within a few business days and either fix it or get you the information another way.
