What I Build, What It Costs, and How to Reach Me
I'm Rom, and Rom Web Studio is my one-person web design studio. I build websites for small businesses, especially farms, bed and breakfasts, wineries and vacation rentals, for clients in the United States and Israel. I work remotely, in English or Hebrew.
What I build
- Custom, mobile-friendly websites built around your business, not a template
- Online booking for stays, tours, tastings and events, with availability calendars
- Two-way Airbnb calendar sync, so direct and Airbnb bookings never overlap
- Online payments, deposits and stores, paid straight into your own account
- Admin dashboards for updating photos, prices, hours, products and text yourself
- Rebuilds of existing sites, with old page addresses redirected so rankings carry over
- English and Hebrew (right-to-left) websites

How pricing works
There's no flat price list, because no two businesses need the same website. Instead, every project gets a free quote with a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. The price doesn't change unless you ask for something new, so there are no surprises.
What changes the price
How many pages, and whether the content is ready
A few pages with your own photos and text cost less than a larger site where we work out the wording together.
Bookings and calendars
Simple appointment scheduling is lighter than a full availability calendar for several rooms or stays, or a two-way Airbnb sync.
Payments and online stores
Taking deposits, full payments or store orders adds the payment setup and testing on your own account.
Running it yourself
An admin dashboard for editing photos, prices, hours and products is optional, and priced as its own part of the quote.
Rebuilding an existing site
Moving your content over and redirecting every old page address takes extra time, but protects your Google rankings.
Languages
A Hebrew or two-language site is more work than a single-language one.
Every quote includes
- The scope, written out in plain words, so you know exactly what you're getting
- A fixed price and a realistic timeline, before any work starts
- Optional extras listed separately, so you can choose what's worth it to you
- What I'll need from you, like photos, text and account access
After launch
- The website is yours. Payments from your customers go straight to your own account.
- The first 14 days after launch are covered: anything broken is fixed at no charge.
- After that, changes and new features are paid work, billed hourly or quoted up front.
- Monthly support plans are optional, and the options are included in your quote.
