Privacy Policy

Rom Web Studio ("I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through this website and how it's used.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect what you provide: name, email, business name, current website (if any), project type, project details, and budget range if shared.

How I use it

Only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for marketing. The only other companies that handle it are the service providers listed below, and only so this site can work.

Analytics

I use Lovable's built-in analytics to see overall traffic: visits, page views, time on site, which pages people visit, where visits come from (like a search engine or a link), device type, and country (based on the browser's time zone). It counts visits in aggregate. It doesn't build profiles of visitors or follow anyone across sites, and it isn't used for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only things it stores in your browser are small, essential ones:

• Two cookies set by the hosting network: one that helps protect the site from bots and abuse, and one that makes sure you're served the current version of the site.
• A short-lived note in your browser tab that remembers your scroll position when you go back and forth between pages. It's cleared when you close the tab.
• If you click "Got it" on the cookie notice, a note on your device remembers that so the notice doesn't show again.

Service providers

I don't sell or share your information for marketing. I use a few service providers to run this site, and they only process data to provide their service:

• Lovable: hosts the website and provides the visit counts described above.
• Supabase: stores contact form submissions.
• Resend: sends emails, like the reply you get after using the contact form.
• PayPal: processes payments, only on the payment pages I send to clients.

Data retention & deletion

I keep submissions only as long as needed to respond, or for the length of our working relationship plus any recordkeeping requirements after. You can request deletion anytime by emailing hello@romwebstudio.com.
